At what rate is the ozone layer shrinking?

It’s hard to say, mainly because it is in the middle of the stratosphere at about 30 km above the survade of the Earth. The layer also varies with latitude and with time. It can vary between 250 and 600 Dobson Units, but usually is around 350 Dobson Units thick.
