Both gorillas and chimpanzees have been successfully taught to use human devised languages and there are some promising attempts being made to teach orangutans. These have taken the form of a talking keyboard or sign language, because of course they do not have the physiological requirements to replicate our verbal language. That I’m aware of none of the lower primates have been successfully taught to use human devised languages. Most primates use a system of calls for communication as do other animals, but to what degree this can be considered language has been hotly debated.
