Primary recycling is pre-consumer scraps from a single clean waste source, like plastic from a factory.
Primary recycling is where you recycle something, and it’s made back into the original product. An example of this is recycling a plastic bottle and it is made into another new plastic bottle. You’re basically just turning it into the same product once you recycle it.
