Jupiter and Saturn are largely composed of hydrogen and helium, but Jupiter has a larger percentage of helium. Jupiter is the largest planet in our solar system and it’s atmosphere is around 24% helium, so Jupiter is probably your answer. Helium is the second most abundant element in the universe, after hydrogen, but is fairly rare on Earth.
