There may be some unanticipated psychological impacts of global warming. Laboratory tests have concluded that an increase in temperature, where people feel hot, can result in aggression and increase a person’s desire to hurt someone else. Studies have also been preformed that examined the crime rate in relationship to temperature, which determined that summers, which is the hottest season, have more violent crimes such as murders and assaults than does any other season.
