What percentage of jobs lost in the current recession are expected to come back?

It’s not necessarily that these jobs will come back, it is more likely that these jobs will change fields. For example, the man laid off during the recession because his job was replaced by a computer will find a job more easily if he looked in a field that dealt with computers. The economy and jobs evolve with the society and time period as do all things. Hopefully the percentage will be equal to if not exceeding the amount of jobs lost in a short period of time. For now it seems the US is in still the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression.
