The Age of Accountability is not an era in time, as your question seems to ask.

The Age of Accountability is the age in which children stop being “innocent” and start becoming responsible for their actions.

It is usually used in reference to Christianity or Judaism, but there is no exact Biblical age for the Age of Accountability.

The Jews decided that the Age of Accountability is around the age of 12 since that is about the age that Jesus left Nineveh.  That’s why Jewish children come of age at 13.
