What is opposite breathing?

Opposite breathing is an abnormal breathing pattern that leads to hyperventilation. A normal breather will see their stomach inflate when they inhale and deflate when they exhale. The opposite breather sucks their stomach in when they breathe or their stomach barely moves but your chest rises up when you inhale. More info can be found at the website in the citation below.
