According to the website below
“The oldest dam in the inventory is Mill pond dam in Newington, CT, built in 1677.”
The 2nd oldest is Shawme Pond Dam in Sandwich, MA.
The responses in the other answers refer, I think, to the oldest dams that still exist. It’s likely that European settlers built a dam or three before 1677, and almost certain that Native Americans built small dams long before that. And of course beavers have been building dams for tens of thousands of years!!
