Here is a timeline of solar cell history. The first structures with solar power systems were spacecrafts.
To take a little different tack in answering this question, I believe the chronologically oldest building to install a solar energy generating system is Dunster Castle, in Somerset, England. No one is exactly sure when it was built, but it was there at least in 1086 when the Domesday Book of William the Conqueror recorded a castle in that location. The solar panels were installed in 2008 and expect to save up to 3 tons of carbon and a significant amount of energy per year. Dunster isn’t the only medieval building to get a 21st-century makeover; Chirk Castle in Wales, built in the 1200s, also had solar panels installed in 2009. These ancient buildings that have gone green make the White House (cornerstone laid in 1792, solar system installed in 1979) look like a Johnny-come-lately by comparison.
