What is a normal weight gain if you are working out ever day?

    Well for starters you will not gain much weight if you work out everyday. Working out destroys muscle. The way you get more is becuase your body fixes what is broken and makes it stronger.  

    If you wrk out everyday, you will never have to time to restore.

    I would say 5 days a week, take 2 rest days. The average lean muscle is about 2-3 pounds in a month.
