What is in non-organic peanut butter?

I am trying to figured out also if non-organic peanut butter is considered processed food.\?

    Other than peanuts, typically most commercial peanut butters contain sugar, added oils and salt. The oils are typically hydrogenated to help them maintain high viscosity at room temperature, and the expense of out health. The reason oils are added is because normally the peanut oil is extracted before making peanut butter. Peanut oil can be sold for much more than the other oils typically cost.
