What is neutralism?

It’s a type of interspecific interaction, like mutualism or parasitism. This is the type used to describe two organisms that live in the same environment but have little or no effect on each other. Any effects they do have are either very indirect or don’t make a significant difference to either of them. They likely don’t have any predators, prey or needed resources in common. An example would be a deer and a frog living in a meadow.
