One cannot answer this question because of the way it was worded. First of all, indigenous cultures do not consider what they do to be “environmental, green or sustainable.” It is just a way of life for them. To call an indigenous culture “sustainable” would be to judge them by our standards, which isn’t fair or accurate. It’s making cultural assumptions. I suggest you read the first article listed below for more information and environmentalism and the “noble savage.”
