Good question, Ruby. I think this is a difficult question to answer, because how successful some policies are is sort of left up to your opinion of the policy to begin with, and in general, the full impact of many policies won’t be know for years to come. Other policies have such long term goals that we can’t know how successful they will be for a long time, like our goal of cutting our co2 emissions 80% by the year 2050. It is my opinion that any policy that has been put in place is successful to some degree, considering it was important enough to get noticed, and something was actually done about it.
