What is the most important vitamin for keeping you healthy and not sick?

    There is no one magical vitamin that will keep you healthy or prevent you from getting sick. If there was, then the vitamin isle would be extremely short. Your body needs several vitamins (C, A, K, D, B6, B12, E, and on and on) in order to function properly. Maintaining a steady level will keep your immune system strong.
