The meat of the whale. Marine mammals are the most common source of food for Inuits, and of those mammals, whales are the largest and provide the most varied source of this food. Inuit dry the meat for their winter supply or the whole whale is preserved under stones for later use.
The meat is high in fat right, does that help them with the cold?
