Here is a picture of a really modern futuristic house in Colorado, right outside of Denver:
The Zero House is one of the coolest homes I have every seen…and it is totally green!
This is one of the coolest homes I have seen, and it’s on a beach in Sweden.
This cool house in Malibu is pretty darn futuristic, and it’s totally solar-powered!
Here is another house located just outside Denver. One can see it from i-70 driving West towards the mountains. It is the house used in the Bond film, Diamonds Are Forever, and in the Charlie’s Angels film. [img_assist|nid=181303|title=home|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=640|height=427]
I always thought that the homestead of Wayne Coyne, lead singer of The Flaming Lips, was whimsically futuristic in its nature.
Buckminister Fuller’s rotating Dymaxion house was supposed to be mass-produced in the 50s, but it never got off the ground. Looks like a cozy little flying saucer!
There’s only a handful of Dymaxion houses left in the world. You can see one and even walk around inside at the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan.
The underground home by Gary Neville is very interesting. It is produces zero carbon, heated by solar panels, and powered completely by renewable energy.
