The most expensive hotel room in the world is the Bridge Suite at the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas.  The room costs an astounding $25,000 which translates to $1,190 per hour for the traditional 2PM-11AM check in/check out time.

The single most expensive room you could rent is the Royal Penthouse Suite, at the President Wilson Hotel in Geneva. It will run you about $53,000 a night. You might be able to split the costs with some friends however, because this covers an entire floor of the hotel, and has 4 different bedrooms. It also has a living room that can hold up to 40 people. In terms of a single hotel, the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas is pretty darn pricey as well, with their top room running at about $40,000 a night.
