The most deadliest diseases in our history is Smallpox, followed by the Spanish flu, Black Plague, Tuberculosis, Malaria, Ebola, and Cholera. In its most rampant stage, Smallpox killed over 30% of those who contracted the disease. The survivors were often left blinded or marked with deep scars. Thankfully, after the Smallpox vaccine, the last known case of Smallpox occurred in 1977.
