What is the most dangerous place to live in the United States in terms of natural disasters?

I would have to say the southeast.  They are constantly hit with hurricanes and flooding.  Central USA gets tornados, but the damage is not nearly as bad as hurricanes.  California gets the occasional bad earthquake, but the southeast for sure gets hit the hardest.

Right now i would vote for New Orleans.  Poor New Orleans.  Aside from hurricanes and flooding and washed up oil spills, the destruction caused by recent natural disasters left the place pretty diseased.  Even after cleaning it up and rebuilding, it’s still set below sea level so the same threats are still present despite a better infrastructure.
