If you mean the one that caused the most deaths, that would be the Piper Alpha platform explosion in the North Sea in 1988 that killed 167.
If you mean the most costly in terms of environmental danger, I suppose that would be the BP disaster last summer.
If you mean the generic type of accident that is the most dangerous, there is probably not one; each situation is unique. Oil rigs are inherently dangerous to the workers on them.
