What is the most common metal for currency?

Across the world there are so many different kinds of metals that are used for currency it would be difficult to name one as the most common. Most elements are used in an alloy with another. Below is the long list of different metals that are used as currency around the globe. It also holds information on the different alloys that are used, such as cupro-nickel, which is a combination of copper and nickel. I apologize I cannot find the most common, but if I had to guess, I would say either aluminum, copper, or nickel (or some combination of them).
