Shrimp, if you count that as a fish. Tuna if you don’t.
If you are looking at seafood, then yes, shrimp appears to be the most consumed seafood by Americans. Tuna, thanks to its canned form, would be the most common fish, followed by salmon, and pollock and tilapia (two whitefish commonly used in fried fish sandwiches, fish sticks, fish n’ chips, etc.)
