Here is the structure for glucose:
Common table sugar is called sucrose, which is also probably the most abundant pure organic chemical on earth. IT has the molecular formula of C12H22O11. The link I attached shows a molecular model of sucrose as well as some other sugars.
All sugars formulate from glucose and the base is C(n)H(2n)O(n)
n = any number.
