Recycled materials are still the same or similar materials they started out as. Recycling paper, for example, will yield paper or cardboard, etc. You won’t ever get, say, aluminum from recycling paper. Of the most commonly recycled materials are paper, aluminum, plastic, and glass. Recycled paper goes into making new notebooks, newspapers, cardboard boxes, etc, while aluminum cans are usually recycled back into new cans. Plastic and glass also have a wide variety of applications as recycled materials.
