What makes Omega 3 fats better than regular fats?

Not all fats are created equal.  While some fats are simply fat, others are full of chemicals that help your body achieve health.  Omega 3 is good for the blood pressure, the heart, metabolism, the brain, and healthy DNA development.  Omega 3s can only be useful when properly balanced with Omega 6.  The ratio is 4:1 perspectively.  Omega 3s can be found in the following foods: fish, nuts, flaxseed, and canola oil, to name just a few.
