What makes a good recycling program?

    One that doesn’t cost the consumer a lot of money—so it is accesible and open to all people use use goods that can be recycled or thrown away—that way cost is not discouraging to people with limited income. Also it must be efficient in energy consumption and resource allocation. A good recycling program is any recycling program that can win a net gain in resources, production and protection (of the environment) after all the expenses have been accounted for (like running the plant, paying salaries, etc.).
