What is the likely result of new EPA emissions standards for US ships?

The new standards sets tough new engine and fuel standards for large U.S hips. This includes such vessals as container ships, tankers and cruise ships. This will end up reducing air pollution by cutting emissions of nitrogen oxides, particulate matter, hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide. Obama is trying to change some of the detrimental policies of Bush and this looked like a good start. However, if you look at the BP crisis, that is a different story 🙁
