The primary agreements of the Copenhagen conference include a global temperature increase of no more than two degrees, which was upsetting to many of the more progressive members of the council, as two degrees is still significant global change. The agreement also calls for $30 billion from developed countries by 2012 and $100 billion by 2020, as well as cuts in emmissions ranging from 15 to 25 percent.
