The largest zero waste homes built so far are around 5,000 square feet; the largest zero waste home is known as the “Phoenix Earthship” and is 5,400 square feet.  This house is selling for $1,500,000.  It is possible to build zero waste homes that are much larger than this one, though none have been built yet.
