The largest structure made from popsicle sticks is 12 feet wide and 16 feet deep. It is a castle housed inside the Mattatuck Museum and was created by Stephen Gurman. It is made out of 396,000 sticks and four gallons of elmer’s glue.
The world’s largest popsicle stick structure is indeed a castle made by Stephen Guman, but it is now located in Lake George, NY at Zanadu’s Museum of Curiosities.
