    Blakiston’s Fish Owl rivals the Eurasian Eagle Owl in terms of size and weight. They are known to be from 24 to 30 inches in length, and males will weigh anywhere from 3 to 3.75 kg. Females can weigh much more though, some reaching 4.5 kg.

    The Eurasian Eagle Owl is the largest owl.  Males can weigh up to 3000 grams, and can be as tall as 28 inches.  They live in North Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
