The tallest active geyser in the world is the Steamboat located in Norris Geyser Basin in Yellowstone National Park. This geyser is hardly regularly active though, it can go as long as fifty years or as little as four days between eruptions. These eruptions can send boiling water as high as 400 feet into the air, that’s 3-4 times higher than the Old Faithful.
