There are several large scale fuel cell operations in the works.  The designs for the new World Trade Center call for the installation of 4 1.2 MW capacity fuel cells.  In Maebaru City, Japan, the Fukuoka Hydrogen Town Project uses 150 residential fuel cells, which would make it the largest hydrogen-powered city in the world.
