The world’s largest fuel cell was installed into Solvay’s chlorine plant in Antwerp so it can be powered by clean electricity. The fuel cell was made possible by the PEM plant and has a 1MW capacity delivered by 12,600 fuel cell stacks. This makes it the largest in the world as of July 2011.
