According to CNN Money, as of 2011, Wal-Mart takes the title of the largest company in the world. Their revenue is listed at $421,829 million. Following Wal-Mart is Royal Dutch Shell, Exxon Mobil, BP, Sinopec Group, China National Petroleum, State Grid, Toyota Motor, Japan Post Holdings, and Chevron. It really isn’t a surpise that many of these top 10 are oil companies.
