Good question, lexie. Tract housing can utilize the same renewable sources as any other type of housing. I would almost expect it to be easier, since there wouldn’t be any issues with hooking up the community to the renewable power grid. For example, it would be harder to hook up an area with houses that are spaced way out, so for such cases using solar and staying off the grid would probably work best. For tract housing, solar, wind, or hydroelectric would work as long as the community is located in the general vicinity of such renewable sources.
