What kinds of food make you feel the most full?

    Foods that take longer to digest will cause you to feel fuller longer. Foods high in fiber (think whole grains and veggies like broccoli) and protein (meats and peanut butter) are usually the best choice.

    I’ve noticed that dairy makes me feel most full.  The fat content fills you up, but it also contains nutrients to keep you moving.  I can be satisfied for hours just by eating a small cup of yogurt!
