Greenhouse gasses are simply called that because of their effect on the atmosphere, trapping heat the way that a greenhouse does. In an actual greenhouse you will find the same gasses you find being emitted by any plants — plants take in CO2 and release oxygen, so that is a major one. Different plants, however, also produce other different kinds of gasses, so the answer really depends on what you’re trying to grow.
