There are different types of vitamin B: B1 and B2 can be found in whole grains, egg yolks, vegetables. B3 is found in protein-rich foods. B6 can be found in eggs, soy, whole grains. B12 can be found in milk and egg yolk. Many natural foods, like soy milk, are now enriched in B12. Since many B vitamins are found in dairy and meat products, vegetarians and vegans may become deficient in vitamin B if they do not eat enough whole grains.
