    Vitamin absorption and intake is individual and in general vitamin intake through whole foods is the best way to properly ingest and absorb vitamins. Depending on the brand of vitamin, whether you take it with for or not and how the vitamin is manufactured it will or will not be effective for your body. There are liquid vitamin supplements available that will probably absorb better in your body.
