There are tons of kids’ environmental programs that exist. I’ll give a few examples of some US nation-wide ones. Project Spotlight is part of PBS’s kids branch Zoom. It encourages kids to clean up their playgrounds, focus on the 3 Rs (reduce, reuse, recycle), and spread the word of environmentalism. It also give kids some recognition for their actions as well as feeds them information about where and how to find local programs in their areas. Nickelodeon has the long-running program The Big Help. It is a program that encourages kids environmental participation in their communities, providing them with ideas and resources to get started.
