I like large mushrooms for grilling, like giant portobellos. They have a lot of meat to then and are thick enough to withstand a little time on the grill. Always marinate your fungi however because they can dry out real fast. I also suggest a wild mushrooms for grilling, they have quite a bit of flavor, oyster or crimini mushrooms should be fine.
