50% of a dingo’s diet includes kangaroos and wallabys. The other potrion of their diet includes rabbits, possums, rats, and marsupial mice. A lot of the dingo’s hunting occurs at night, so most of their prey similarly is active at night. Dingos are complete carnivores, and surprisingly they don’t pray a lot on domestic animals.
The dingo is a similar to a wild dog, found most famously in Australia but also in Southeast Asia as well. They may hunt individually or cooperatively in packs, like other canines, for small animals. Their diet may consist of rabbits, birds, lizards, various types of rodents, fruits and plant vegetation. With their close proximity to humans, especially in Asia, many dingos will scavenge for food there.
