What kind of climate do organs grow in?

Good question! Since part of a body’s job is to maintain homeostasis (a constant internal temperature, etc), the best place to grow an organ is within a body. In some cases, organs may be grown in the body of another animal such as a pig or cow before they are transplanted into a human. I saw that being done on a science TV show several years ago. Now, there are also ways to grow organs in a laboratory using a biological scaffold. Essentially, the best way to grow an organ is in an environment that mimics the conditions that will be present in the body of the organism to which it will be transplanted.
