Probably the Box Jellyfish – they are dangerous to humans and sometimes cause death. Other species, like the sea nettle, only cause a light sting, and never death (probably so-named for it’s similarity to the stinging nettle plant). Jellyfish are not predators though – most people are stung by accidentally brushing up against one while swimming.
