Ginkgo Biloba is supposedly good, (http://en.allexperts.com/q/Herbs-Health-3224/concentration.htm) as is Huperzine A, Bacopa monnieri, and Vinpocetine.
While herbs may aid a little bit in sharpening focus and attention span, nothing beats exercising, a good diet and enough sleep. With all of these three components, healthy concentration and focus will come naturally and will be sharpened significantly.
