What pets have the lowest eco-footprint?

    Every year, a pet dog will be responsible for 1.75 tons of carbon emissions, while a cat will only be responsible for 0.5 tons. Pets with the smallest carbon footprints would eat locally grown food that wouldn’t need to be cooked and whose waste would be biodegradable.
