    UBC has long been recognized as a leader in Aboriginal post-secondary education. For over 35 years, the University has developed culturally unique programs and services for First Nations, M├ętis, and Inuit students, including their Aboriginal Admission Policy. The Aboriginal Admission Policy takes into consideration educational history, cultural knowledge, work experience, educational goals, and other achievements.
